Setting Task Reminders

Setting Task Reminders

Overview

Task reminders help you stay on top of your work by notifying you before a task is due. Reminders are configured based on the Due Date and Time of the task. You can set reminders for yourself or the task owners.

When to Use Task Reminders

Use reminders to:

  • Get notified on the due date of important tasks

  • Receive daily nudges until the task is completed

  • Alert owners ahead of time for reviews or follow-ups

Reminder Options

When setting up a reminder, you can choose from the following options:

1. Reminder Frequency

  • On Due Date – Notifies you at the exact due date and time.

  • Before Due Date – Choose to be reminded hours or days in advance.

  • Daily Until Due Date – Sends daily reminders starting from the time it’s set until the due date.

2. Recipient

  • Remind Me – Only you receive the reminder.

  • Remind Owners – All task owners are notified.

3. Custom Reminder
