Custom Fields in Astravue

Custom Fields in Astravue

Sam leads a content production team handling multiple campaigns at once. For each task, he needs to capture the content type (blog, video, social post), approval status, and distribution channel.

Before using Astravue’s custom fields, this information was scattered across comments and spreadsheets, making it hard to track or filter. Now, with Custom Fields, Sam's team has a clear structure—tasks carry all the key metadata, and reporting is effortless.

Custom Fields at Task Level

Astravue supports custom fields at the task level, enabling you to capture specific attributes that matter to your workflow—such as status, source, category, priority, or any other custom input.

How to Add Custom Fields

  1. Open a Space.

  2. Click the three-dot menu next to Manage Members.
