When you link Astravue to your Google Calendar, tasks from Astravue appear in your calendar.
Changes you make in Astravue (due date updates, new tasks, etc.) are reflected automatically in Google Calendar.
You can also view your calendar items inside Astravue, giving you a unified view of work and timing.
Keep all your tasks, deadlines, and project milestones in sync by connecting Astravue with Google Calendar. Follow these simple steps to get started.
Log in to your Astravue account.
Click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Go to the Integrations tab.
In the Integrations section, find Google Calendar.
Click the Connect button.
Sign in with your Google account or select an existing account.
Grant Astravue permission to read and write calendar events.
After connecting, choose what you want to sync.
You can toggle sync on/off for each project depending on what you want to appear in your calendar.
Click Save to confirm your selection.
Note: Toggle on “Include completed tasks” if you want to see completed tasks in the calendar.
Tip: Only sync projects you actively track in Google Calendar to avoid clutter.
Open Google Calendar.
You should see Astravue tasks and milestones as events.
Updates in Astravue, such as new tasks or rescheduled deadlines, will automatically reflect in your calendar.
Create tasks in Astravue → appear in Google Calendar.
Update due dates in Astravue → calendar events update automatically.
Mark tasks complete → events remain in the calendar for reference.
Delete tasks → corresponding events are removed.
