What's the difference between a recurring and a one-time holiday?

A recurring holiday repeats on the same date every year, so you only need to add it once. A one-time holiday applies to a single year only and needs to be added again if it should recur under a different date the following year.

Do Holidays and Operational Hours work together?

Yes. Operational Hours defines your regular working days and hours. Holidays adds specific dates on top of that calendar, and both are factored into every task calculation at the same time.

Can I add a holiday that falls on a day already marked non-working?

Yes, though it has no additional effect, since that day is already excluded from calculations under Operational Hours.

Is there a limit to how many holidays I can add? No. You can add as many holidays as your team observes, including regional or location-specific ones.

Where do Holidays apply?

Like Operational Hours, Holidays applies instance-wide, so every project and task in your workspace calculates dates against the same holiday list unless your plan supports per-team overrides.
