How to Invite Users to the Astravue App

Inviting users to Astravue

Only Account admin and Admins can invite users to the app. To know more about roles, click here

To invite users to the Astravue app, follow these steps:
  • Log in to your Astravue account.
  • Click on the Admin Console option located under your profile picture



  1. Go to the Manage Members section and click on Add Member.


  1. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite and click Send Invite.
The invited user will receive an email with a link to join the workspace. Upon accepting the invitation, they will be redirected to set up their account.
  1. Once the user joins, they will appear under the Active Members list. Until then, they will be listed under Invited Members.

Notes
Important Note: 

1. By default, new users are assigned the "Member" role.
2. The Account Admin or Admin can change the user’s role and permissions after they have joined.
