1. Why do I get "No more seats are available. Add seats to invite more members." 

You have exhausted the Active number of users you have purchased. 

To add more users, you will need to purchased additonal seats.

2. How do I invite multiple users to the app?

You need to enter the email address and press Enter. Multiple email addresses cannot be added using commas

3. Will invited users count as a seat in the license?

No, invited users will not count as a seat. A user is only considered as a seat once they accept the invitation, join, and become an Active Member.

4. If the plan is free for 3 users, do I only need to pay for the 4th user(and above) when I add them?

No. The free plan allows up to 3 users with full access and no feature restrictions. However, once you add a 4th user, the system shifts to a paid plan for all users,including the first 3.

There’s no partial billing where only users beyond the third are charged.

5. Does a client count towards a user seat?

No, Clients(gues users) do not count towards your licensed user seats. Gues users are unlimited and free. 

6. Can I release a user and reallocate the seat to another user?

​

Yes, you can deactivate a user any time and reassign their seat to someone else.

7. Can a client (guest user) access a project in read-only mode and still participate in comments?

​

Yes, guest users can access project tasks in read-only mode and are allowed to comment. However, if a gues is made the task owner, they gain editing rights for that specific task, similar to regular project members.
