File Formats, preview and attachment

1. What file types can be previewed?

We currently support previews for the following file types:

  • Documents:

    • PDF (.pdf)

    • Word documents (.doc, .docx)

    • PowerPoint presentations (.ppt, .pptx)

    • Text files (.txt)

  • Images:

    • PNG (.png)

    • JPEG (.jpeg, .jpg)

2. What happens if I upload an unsupported file type?

If your file format is not supported for preview, you will see a message like:

“No preview available for this file type.”

You can still upload and download the file, but it cannot be viewed directly in the browser.
