File Size Limits

1. What is the maximum file size I can upload?

Each individual file must be less than 300MB.

2. What should I do if I get a file size error?

  • Check the size of each file before uploading.

  • Remove or compress files larger than 300MB

  • Try uploading again after making adjustments.

3. Bugs reported: Fixed and Pending

  1. Right image for file types. 
We have uploaded the right images for most commonly used files. It is already available.
  1. It takes time to upload when file size are huge. It keeps rotating.
Not yet fixed. We are working on the loader showing percentage of uploaded size.
  1. Couldnt upload another file whle existing ones load.
This is fixed. You can add more file while the existing ones are uploaded.
  1. Can we upload multiple files.
This is work in progress. The individual file size shouldnt exceed 300MB. And total size shouldnt exceed 1GB. But, it could become slower when multiple huge files are uploaded.
  1. Preview file is not available for all file type.
Yes, it is available for a few common file type like png, jpg, xls, pdf, doc. When preview is not suppored, the file would be downloaded to your local system.
